THE VILLA
Case Juelle is a newly refurbished single story villa set in a quiet purpose built mature complex of only 33 other villas. The villa is set around a large swimming pool and situated within its own well-maintained extensive gardens. The pool is 18m in length and has a shallower area for children.
There is a sun terrace in front of the villa over looking but secluded from the pool area, with sun loungers and patio chairs and table. The villa boasts beautiful views of the gardens and pool, perfect for keeping an eye on small children. The villa also has a front terrace area perfect for the morning sunshine. The complex is set in a pine forest offering beautiful green surroundings and a good mix of sun and shade – great for those hot days.

Change over day is any day, flexible arrival/departure times, subject to availability.
We send out the keys 1 week prior to your arrival or if this is not possible can arrange for a local contact to meet you at the villa.

No smoking in the villa, please use the terrace.

Travel and transport
Situated easily within a 20 minutes stroll from the beach and main town of Moraira and 5 minutes from a bar, restaurant and golf course.
The villa is within a pleasant 25 minute down hill stroll though quiet streets in to the centre of Moraira.

It is ideal for couples and families in a safe, quite and secure complex.

Car parking is available on the street outside the villa – this is a lovely quiet area.
​
There is a very good supermarket 5 mins drive away along with a Taxi Rank and phone boxes. Also nearby is a Bank with a cash Machine.
On Booking, Directions/Train/ Bus Timetables/ Taxi Companies/ Car Hire and maps of the area will be sent.
We have an email address of a reliable, taxi from the airport and a local Car hire company.

The villa is situated just over 1 hours drive from either Alicante or Valencia Airports. Car hire is available form both airports.

You can also travel there via local airport shuttle Beniconnect.
